High-volume magnetron sputtering benefits from excellent cost-effectiveness and efficiency, while our highest-performance filter coatings for demanding systems are deposited through ion beam sputtering.
(1.5s) Coated filter wafers may be cored or cut into smaller pieces, and laser engraving labels filter mounts with key details. Automated assembly helps place filters in those mounts more efficiently. Inline and post-process metrology, including a suite of commercial and proprietary spectrophotometers, maintain high levels of quality and part-to-part consistency.
