Tripod Modular LED Lights feature unique designs that incorporate the latest in high output LED technology, an internal micro driver with burst capability, and the ability to chain units together. The Tripod Modular LED Lights’ unique triangular designs can be used individually as spot light modules or chained together to create single, double, or multiple rows of linear lights, large area lights, or square/rectangular ring lights. Each light can be configured as a master or slave, with up to 50 active modules per configuration. Group or individual module control of strobing and intensity are possible, in addition to manual intensity control of each device. For high speed applications, all Tripod Modular LED Lights include a burst control feature (default setting: on) that enables the LED to emit at maximum brightness for 500 microseconds before returning to the normal current.
Power, strobe, and error LED's are built into each module for easy trouble shooting. The Tripod housing is molded with a special thermally conductive plastic so that lifetime of the LED is maximized. The thermally conductive housing dissipates heat at almost the same rate as aluminium, allowing the entire housing to act as a continuous heat sink with only one thermal junction between the housing and LED board.
