Our TECHSPEC® Fluorescence Bandpass Filters are perfectly matched to common fluorophores used in fluorescence imaging applications. Excitation Filters and Emission Filters are available featuring >93% transmission and >OD 6 blocking outside of the passband. These filters are also ideal components in spectroscopy and clinical chemistry applications, as well as biotech instruments such as DNA sequencers and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing platforms. Each filter is hard sputtered coated and mounted in a black anodized ring.
