Product Release Engineer II

Jacob Abrams is a Product Release Engineer II at Edmund Optics’ Woodcrest, NJ, USA office. He joined Edmund Optics in 2021 after previously working as an Applications Engineer helping customers with troubleshooting and selecting product. He works with our Product Line Managers to add new products to Edmund’s catalog and website by creating technical content. He received a B.S. in Physics with a focus in Optical Science and Engineering from North Dakota State University.

Ryan Smith

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Ryan Smith is Senior Mechanical Engineer at Pangolin Laser Systems for both their Pangolin and ScannerMAX divisions. Ryan studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Central Florida and has extensive experience working with popular design software programs such as SOLIDWORKS. Ryan assists with various ScannerMAX product developments, including work done on the Saturn galvanometer systems. Ryan’s expertise and passion for engineering is reflected in his product designs.
